My cousin has started a Relay For
Life fund and my mom has participated in multiple Relay For Life's
every year, because it really is an important cause..My family has been
affected personally by it and everybody is affected by cancer in one
way or another, whether through friends or family or even just the
person standing in front of you at the grocery store!! If not now,
maybe later. Don't wait for it to just affect you personally, because
there's so many people out there who you can help just through this.
There really is no finish line until we find a cure.

Relay For Life
Hey Guys,
My
Mother did Relay For Life each year and was almost always the top fund
raiser, raising anywhere from $3k-$5k in those few months allowed for
collecting money. After my mom passed away from cancer, I thought about
joining a Relay For Life Group to help fund raise but for a long time
just thinking about the past was very painful.
I've decided this
year that I'm going to help fund raise but instead of doing it as a
group, I am going to do it solo. I know I won't get anywhere near as
much as my mother raised because I'm starting a couple weeks late, but
I hope for my first year to at least get $1000 by the end of June.
Any
donations, even if it's a dollar, or even giving your support is
GREATLY welcomed! If you'd like to donate less than $10 please let me
know so that I can fill out a separate donation form for you since the
website's minimum is $10.
